Home of EOFD 6 Resident Program, this station was built with the proceeds of a 1984 bond issue.
Designed by members of the department, the building has 7,000 square feet, four apparatus bays, offices,
classroom, and second-floor living quarters for four Resident Firefighters and the shift Lieutenant. Training area behind the station known as "Prop City" offers live fire, search & rescue, extrication, ventilation, RIT and drafting training.
